With over 20 years of leadership experience, Dean Gammell has guided multiple companies to success, earning a reputation for innovation and excellence. As CEO, Dean sets strategic goals and ensures every client benefits from top-tier service. His forward-thinking vision is the cornerstone of Outsource Force AI’s commitment to delivering exceptional solutions.

Dean’s journey began at just 14, working on construction sites, where he developed a strong work ethic. He later earned a degree in Construction Management and launched his first business at 22. Through perseverance and hands-on learning, Dean has expanded his interests to seven successful companies and become a passionate property investor.

Since hiring his first virtual assistant (VA) in 2010—who remains a valued part of his team—Dean has employed over 100 VA professionals to streamline operations across his businesses. Driven by the belief that every SME should benefit from a flexible, high-performing workforce, he founded Outsource Force AI to empower businesses with top-tier VAs that transform operations and drive growth.
