Complete the VA Activity File

This step gives us a detailed view of the tasks and hours to delegate, ensuring we identify the ideal Virtual Assistant (VA) for your needs.

First Round of Interviews
and Selection

Our initial screening process takes approximately 3–10 business days. Afterward, we provide you with the CVs of shortlisted candidates, allowing you to choose who you’d like to interview.

Client Interview and Scheduling

Once we’ve identified the most suitable candidates, we arrange video interviews so you can assess and select the best fit for your business.

Onboarding

After selecting your VA, we schedule an onboarding call with our VA Success Manager. During this call, we finalize employment details and familiarize the VA with your specific requirements.
