3. Services Provided

3.1. Virtual Assistant Recruitment
- Sourcing and vetting candidates based on client requirements.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure VA competency.
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients for selection.
3.2. Training & Onboarding
- Basic training on communication, time management, and productivity tools.
- Integration support to help VAs adapt to client-specific workflows.
- Ongoing training opportunities to enhance VA skill sets.
3.3. VA Co-Management & Performance Monitoring
- Assigning a VA Success Manager to oversee VA performance.
- Weekly check-ins to ensure task completion and productivity.
- Providing performance feedback and assistance in resolving challenges.
3.4. Payroll & Compliance Management
- Managing VA payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax obligations.
- Offering financial transparency through detailed invoicing.
3.5. Limitations of Services
- OutsourceForce.ai does not guarantee permanent availability or performance of VAs.
- We are not liable for work quality, deadlines, or miscommunications between clients and VAs.
- We do not provide legal or financial advice in relation to employment regulations outside our jurisdiction.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship, the Client agrees to:
4.1. Provide Accurate Information
- Clearly define VA job roles, expectations, and performance metrics.
- Disclose any industry-specific compliance or regulatory requirements.
4.2. Timely Communication & Feedback
- Respond to candidate selection requests within a reasonable timeframe.
- Provide regular feedback on VA performance and role adjustments.
4.3. Respect Workplace Ethics & Fair Treatment
- Maintain professional behavior towards VAs and OutsourceForce.ai representatives.
- Ensure that VAs are not subjected to harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.
4.4. Software & Access Requirements
- Provide necessary tools, software, and logins for the VA to perform their duties.
- Ensure that sensitive access is granted securely and revoked upon termination.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
5.1. Pricing Structure
- Fees are based on the selected service package (hourly, monthly, or custom contracts).
- Additional charges may apply for specialized training, performance bonuses, or overtime hours.
5.2. Invoicing & Payment Schedule
