As CEO, he is focused on setting strategic goals and ensuring that every client receives top-tier service. Dean started working on construction sites at 14 and later earned a degree in construction management. He launched his own business at 22, learning quickly through trial and error. Now, he has interests in seven companies and is a passionate property investor. Over the years, Dean has hired over 100 plus virtual assistants professionals (VAs) to support his businesses, with his first VA hired in 2010 still working with him. Believing every SME should have a VA, Dean founded Outsource Force AI to provide SMEs with access to a flexible workforce that enhances their operations.
