While we certainly want to provide you with an A+ employee as soon as possible, we also do not want to rush the process. Overall, our main objective is not speed, it's to provide a quality candidate that is not only able to add immediate value to your company, but one that's ready to grow and scale with you.
Implementation/Discovery Call
We take the time to understand your goals and resourcing requirements with a call, providing consultation and advice on getting the most out of your offshore team.
Fill out the VA Activity file
This will help us have a clearer view of those tasks/hours we will delegate.
First Round of Interviews
and Selection
The initial screening process will take approximately 3-10 business days. After this, we will share the CVs of the shortlisted candidates with you, enabling you to choose the individuals you would like to interview.
Client Interview and Scheduling
Only once we’ve screened and shortlisted the most suitable candidates will we set up a video call for you to interview.
Onboarding
Following the interviews, if you find a suitable candidate, we will schedule an onboarding call with our VA Success Manager to finalize the employment details and familiarize the VA with your specific requirements. Your VA Success Manager will work closely with you and your VA to ensure the successful onboarding in the first 1-3 months.
